GLOBAL CONFEDERAL INSTITUTIONS

A detailed description of virtual national polities will be placed under this heading, organized within a federal framework, so that users and e-citizens can acquire a working knowledge of the global e-republic.  It should, however, be reiterated that the sources of national and/or confederal power, as thoroughly detailed and defined in the Charter, and the world e-governing system (and virtual institutions) they pass through, must be strictly limited.

True political power must remain highly decentralized, with policies restricted to very specific (and few) topics that cannot be expanded through the Charter amendment process or by judicial fiat.

The ultimate goal of the Bluecratic process in this regard is to teach humankind how to create a functional global sovereign (with very limited political authority), NOT a world government, without it becoming or evolving into a source of tyranny over time.
