CHILDREN'S ASSEMBLIES

These are special legislative bodies at the provincial and local levels of e-government, consisting of children from ages 13 to 17 (of course, with parental guidance).  

They will engage in policy debates and propose laws to the legislatures of the world (Bluecratic virtual polities, and real-world entities). ​
