BLUECRATIC METHODS

Assemblies devoted to managing the work of the Bluecratic site, and rules governing how e-citizens conduct themselves, will be featured in this section.

It is key for one to understand that corporate interests will not be catered to, and any and all concerns related to speech will be addressed by these special assemblies in a democratic fashion.  Of course, the guiding principle must be to safeguard all forms of political speech, no matter how fringe or unpopular it may seem, and that some measure of near-universal assent must govern the work of the assemblies.

In short, Bluecrats (not technocrats) will have the final word on how to foster the protection of political speech within the Bluecratic system.
