The BLUECRATIC concept, to be named VoTerra, embodies a single virtual republic with a network of digital governments representinghumanity, and the many forms of political expression across the world.
Members (e-citizens) are tasked with electing representatives, leaders, and policymakers at all levels of the digital government (in greater numbers than in the real world), and with directly voting on matters of international, regional, and local importance, i.e., a forum designed to be in direct competition with the governments currently empowered by law. This unique system features advances in the development of virtual politics, the creation of model digital legal codes, interactive and traditional educational tools, objective/professional media, cultural exchange portals, and commercial applications so that members can fully engage the global community in a manner never before seen on the internet.
BLUECRATIC has been designed to compete with, influence, and apply "soft power" pressure on "hard power" brick-and-mortar polities and non-governmental agents around the globe. Additionally, it is structured to develop the natural political inclinations of all people in a healthy and socially productive manner, unlike social media and governments around the world that likely cater to elitist concerns. Thus, it provides citizen members higher levels of cultural awareness, academic and practical knowledge, political participation, policymaking, and e-governance worldwide with new institutionsoperating virtually and inspired by what makes us human (faith, family, country, and reason).
In its initial incarnation, BLUECRATIC governance will be centered on the San Antonio, Texas metropolitan-megacity or SAMM (Bexar and surrounding counties), then A-SAC (the Austin-San Antonio Conurbation); and is expected to grow to other regions. A new type of internet-based political leadership will emerge from this process, with members being encouraged to participate in "public voicing," which is a more professional and fact-based approach to opinion-making.
The site is not advocacy for world government (a level of federal authority to be discouraged), but merely a sincere attempt at online global national integration and confederation, with an extremely decentralized focus through the recognition of internet-based municipalities, states, and national jurisdictions, and a very public but shadow-like presence. In other words, a stronger, more effective version of the United Nations but in virtual form, and completely independent of the influence of national governments around the world. Further, this forum creates innovative pathways for better access to objective data sources, increased knowledge of local and world affairs, religion, philosophy, science, and culture, and a more efficient e-commerce environment.
Simply put, BLUECRATIC is the next logical step in the political, economic, social, and cultural evolution of the human race!
